Jeffrey Burke brings more than 25 years of experience in professional geology, petroleum-contamination assessment, underground-storage-tank projects, remedial action and regulatory closure. Since 2007 he has led SPCI’s environmental operations — including site assessments, source removals, remediation systems, groundwater monitoring, quality-assurance programs and closure strategies under Florida environmental regulations.
Education & Training: B.S. in Geology (USF, 1996); Graduate Course in Remedial Action Engineering (1998); FDEP QA Training for Soil & Groundwater Sampling (2019); OSHA 40-Hour & Confined Space Training.
