As an Agency Team Contractor working with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection under the Petroleum Restoration Program, SPCI performs environmental site assessments and petroleum-contamination remediation at sites across Florida.

Jeffrey S. Burke — President & Environmental Manager

Jeffrey Burke brings more than 25 years of experience in professional geology, petroleum-contamination assessment, underground-storage-tank projects, remedial action and regulatory closure. Since 2007 he has led SPCI’s environmental operations — including site assessments, source removals, remediation systems, groundwater monitoring, quality-assurance programs and closure strategies under Florida environmental regulations.
