About Us

Since 2007, SPCI has offered geological, environmental, and engineering consulting services in Florida, and is a qualified licensed geology and engineering business in Florida. SPCI is an Agency Team Contractor (ATC) working closely with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) under the State funded Petroleum Restoration Program (PRP) to cleanup Petroleum Contamination Sites throughout Florida.

We specialize in the removal and installation of both underground and aboveground storage tanks, as well as canopy and dispenser installations. Our turnkey solutions include routine maintenance and upgrades—fuel dispenser retrofits, Veeder-Root system installations, sump and spill-bucket servicing, hose and nozzle replacement, shear valve inspection, and more—plus all required monthly and annual inspections, tank and line testing, and petroleum contact water remediation. SPCI carries full professional liability, workers' compensation, vehicle, and equipment insurance to ensure safe, compliant operations on every project.
